It's Official!

Thunder Above, Deeps Below will be presented by 2g this September. YAY!!!

The play was just read at the Public a few weeks ago, while contracts were still being signed with 2g, and it was hearing it there that I just knew: it's ready. And not just because I think so or want it to be so, but because it IS. I'm sure there'll be a few tweaks and rewrites done in rehearsal once I see it in 3-D with a set and whatnot. But, nevertheless, it's absolutely ready to go.

There will be a workshop in a couple of weeks where we put on a little entertainment for our designers so they can get a clearer picture of the piece. If you're interested in play development as much as plays in production, I'll keep you posted with how that's going as the time draws near. The two presentations are on May 22 and 23, and you can get the skinny on those here.

I will be teaching a course about the life and work of Alan Turing in Fall
2009 at Middlebury College in Vermont.

Would it be possible to obtain a copy of your play "Pure" so we might read
it?

Thank you,
